Located right on the boundary of Vernon and Coldstream, YukiOn Sushi proudly serves both vibrant communities. Thanks to our amazing local guests, our restaurant has been doing great since our opening!
We are currently looking for dedicated, long-term Part-time Servers who can become key members of our team. Please note that we are seeking year-round staff and do not offer temporary summer-only positions. - $18.25/hr base wage + a fair share of our generous restaurant tip pool + 4% Vacation Pay.

[Role & Responsibilities]
- Guest Service & Sales: Provide warm, welcoming, and efficient customer service. Handle in-person and phone orders, and manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Daily Operations: Execute opening and closing duties diligently to ensure the dining area and restrooms are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Lunch shifts are managed by 1 solo server.
- Dinner shifts are operated by 2 servers working closely together.
- High-level teamwork is a must. You will proactively manage front-of-house needs and communicate seamlessly with the kitchen and sushi station for a flawless service flow.
- Professionalism: Represent YukiOn Sushi with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong commitment to hospitality excellence.
[Requirements & Qualifications]
- Certification: A valid Serving It Right (SIR) certificate is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous restaurant serving experience is required.
- Mindset: Punctuality and reliability are our top priorities. We highly value team-first attitudes, accountability, and strong work ethics.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
