We are a busy, established dental practice in Thunderbay Ontario seeking a highly motivated dental associate to join our amazing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care alongside our team of dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, cleanings, and restorations, root canals, crowns etc.
- Ensure patient comfort and answer their questions throughout their visit
- Maintain a sterile and organized treatment area
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
- Document procedures and patient interactions accurately
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent degree
- Valid dental license to practice in Ontario
- Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Current CPR
