Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and licensed Condominium Property Manager to lead the management of residential condominium communities. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure property maintenance and safety, foster positive resident relationships, and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Applicants must hold an active General Licence issued by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). Candidates holding only a Limited Licence will not be considered.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of condominium properties, ensuring smooth functioning and resident satisfaction
- Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and repairs using property management software
- Act as the primary contact for boards of directors, owners, residents, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist with annual budgets, financial reporting, accounts payable, arrears, and reserve fund projects.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service delivery for repairs, landscaping, security, and cleaning services
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for resident records, financial documents, and property files
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professional phone etiquette, providing prompt solutions and fostering positive relationships
- Facilitate community meetings, enforce condo bylaws and policies, and resolve resident concerns effectively
Experience
- Active CMRAO General Licence in good standing.
- Previous condominium property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Condominium Act and related regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience preparing board packages, budgets, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ability to handle emergencies, disputes, and sensitive matters professionally.
- Strong computer skills and experience with property management and accounting software.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Availability to attend evening board meetings and respond to urgent matters when required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
