The Role
As Senior/Corporate Accountant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting functions of the organization. You'll work closely with senior finance leadership and have exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities in a dynamic, operationally complex environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the management of general accounting functions across the organization

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting

Prepare and analyze financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in compliance with GAAP (ASPE) and internal policies

Contribute to forecasting and variance analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning

Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as required

Support daily treasury functions and cash flow forecasting

Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

Contribute to improving the efficiency and accuracy of financial close processes

Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as directed by management
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3–5 years of progressive accounting experience

Experience with Microsoft Business Central or a comparable ERP system

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

CPA designation or working toward completion is considered a strong asset
