Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager (RGM) / Multi-Unit Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of food service operations, team management, and food safety standards. The RGM will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and driving business growth across all assigned units.
Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and food standards
- Supervise and motivate staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performance work environment
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall restaurant performance
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to maintain positive relationships
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates on company policies
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in the food service or hospitality industry with a strong background in restaurant management
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order management and cash handling
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, interviewing, and training staff
- Background in food safety standards and regulations within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required; hospitality background is highly valued
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Experience managing multiple units or locations is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $65,000.00-$87,485.08 per year
