Dr Lynn-Marie Nantes and her amazing team of dental professionals at Rochford Family Dental are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team for a one-year contract (with option of permanent part time available after the one-year contract.)
Rochford Family Dental is a locally owned small business in the heart of downtown Charlottetown, PEI. We offer all the incentives that the other offices do - competitive wages, health insurance, RRSPs, parking, uniforms, and production bonuses but our office isn’t the same as all the other dental offices.

Timing for appointments is not only patient specific but also provider specific. It’s very important to me that all of our dental providers are comfortable, not rushed, and feel confident about the experience each patient has. We take our time with all of our patients. We book accordingly so we have time to chat about how their trip went or how the summer is going but also how does that tooth feel now. It’s a relaxed, personalized, warm, friendly, and kind atmosphere.

The Details:
We are a small locally owned dental clinic in the heart of downtown Charlottetown. We offer a wide range of dental services and recently incorporated esthetic and therapeutic neuromodulators (Botox) into our offerings.
Location: 45 Rochford Street, Charlottetown Prince Edward Island
Position: Full time one-year contract with permanent part time hours available after one-year contract
Starting timeline: Beginning middle October through December 2026 . There is some flexibility here. Ideal is November!
Hours: Ideally Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-12pm with personal flexibility available
Compensation: Hourly pay ranging $47-$52 an hour plus personalized contract incentives
Health insurance, dental work, Botox treatments, RRSPs, parking, uniforms, vacation included and discussed in-person to determine what works best for a one- year position.
Applicants must hold a Dental Hygiene degree and certification from an accredited school.
Applicant must have an active license from the College of Dental Hygienists of PEI.
No experience necessary; new grads welcome! I have worked with and mentored new graduates before and I will work closely with our successful applicant to ensure they are comfortable and confident with our practice philosophy and standards. I am dedicated to mentor and learn together with our new team member.
