BLKBOX is Kelowna's gourmet, high protein, locally sourced meal prep & smoothie spot. We are looking for Shop Associates to join our team at both of our locations in Kelowna! With a keen eye for customer satisfaction, the store associate will answer questions and maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor. This person will also be a driving force for new and ongoing sales opportunities directly impacting our growth and success. In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and admin skills. Duties Include:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers
- Provide customers with purchasing options based on their nutrition goals, demonstrating deep knowledge of the merchandise and company
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
- Processing and receiving payments;
- Must have an interest in living a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, exercise or wellness an asset.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service essential
- Interest in health & nutrition (Education an asset)
- Positive attitude and motivation to satisfy customers
- Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Be a team player, adhering to company policies for customer service and contributing to a positive work environment
- Ability to hit sales goals
- Ability to work standing or moving for long periods of time.
- Developing meaningful relationships with customers and community partners
- Sense of urgency to complete task on time and attention to detail essential

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
