Salesforce Development Lead:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Salesforce Development Lead for a 4.5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Salesforce Development Lead - Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a unified, single pane of glass experience for Advisors by seamlessly bringing together data, workflows, and insights into one cohesive interface. The project involves enhancing the current platform to provide a comprehensive and intuitive experience for users.
Salesforce Development Lead - Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior Business and Technology leaders to define and drive long-term Business–Technology roadmaps for individual Salesforce orgs.
- Design and implement an enterprise Salesforce org strategy across multiple orgs at a bank-wide level.
- Deliver multiple enterprise-scale Salesforce platform implementations.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce governance frameworks, including standards, controls, and best practices.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams such as product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
Salesforce Development Lead - Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with source control and release management using Bitbucket or GitHub, SFDX, and branching strategies.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
- Strong background in enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Salesforce Development Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Data Loader and DataStage.
- Experience with middleware platforms including Talend, Jitterbit, Informatica, and MuleSoft.
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Flows.
- Ability to support and develop DevOps automations.
- Experience managing Salesforce sandbox environments.
Salesforce Development Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from approximately June 15 to October 31, with the possibility of extension.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in-office, with plans to increase to 4 days in the future.
