What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking customer orders accurately using scanners and pick lists
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment
- Preparing shipments with correct labels and documentation
- Handling returns: inspecting, sorting, and restocking inventory
- Maintaining clean and organized packing and picking areas
- Using WMS systems (e.g., ShipHero) to process orders and track inventory
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock organization
- Moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs as required
- Supporting general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment (1+ year preferred)
- Are highly detail-oriented and focused on accuracy
- Work well in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Take pride in clean, organized workspaces
- Are reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Communicate clearly and follow processes consistently
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in a 3PL, fulfillment, or eCommerce warehouse
- Have used warehouse systems like ShipHero, ShipStation, or similar
- Have handled returns processing and inventory restocking
- Can identify and resolve order or inventory discrepancies quickly
