Duties
- Provide individual and/or couples or family psychotherapy
- Complete case notes and documentation in a timely manner using Jane software
- Collaborate with team members as needed for consultation and community care
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in line with your regulatory body
- Understand and operate within centre policy
- Participate in occasional meetings and option to join team events
Qualifications
- Registration in good standing with CRPO, OCSWSSW, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work or equivalent
- Experience working with children, teens, families OR couples in a healthcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Experience with trauma therapy is highly desirable.
- Experience with neurodivergent folks highly desirable, as well as 2SLGBTQ+ clients
- Strong commitment to holistic, inclusive, and affirming care
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
- Training in Brainspotting, EMDR, ACT, DBT, Gestalt, somatic approaches, EFT, etc. considered an asset
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling with minimum 12 - 15 clients a week
- One evening per week may be required (depending on qualifications)
- Weekend availability an asset.

Pay: $95.00-$140.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
