INSIDE PARTS REPRESENTATIVE - DARTMOUTH
Reporting to the Parts Specialist

You’ll be trusted to follow through on tasks, communicate clearly, and support the team in keeping operations running smoothly.

We are the largest company in Atlantic Canada dedicated exclusively to material handling equipment. We have been providing our customers with high quality equipment, rentals, parts, training and service since 1993. With branches located in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, we are looking for a Inside Parts Representative to join our Dartmouth Branch.
What You’ll Do
- Own parts orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and full follow-through
- Process counter, phone, and service requests with attention to detail and urgency
- Resolve parts issues, including sourcing challenges and backorders
- Keep technicians, service teams, and customers informed on order status and timelines
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Source parts while balancing cost, availability, and timing
- Assist with shipping and receiving to ensure accurate order completion
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports efficient operations
- Other duties as directed by the Parts Manager and/or Parts Specialist
What We Expect from You
- Strong personal accountability for accurate and completed work
- Ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Consistent execution of established parts processes with minimal oversight
- Clear, proactive communication when issues arise
- Reliability in a fast-paced operational environment
What You Bring
- 3+ years of parts experience, preferably in heavy equipment or material handling
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret parts diagrams, schematics, and equipment specifications
- Working knowledge of parts processes, including ordering, sourcing, backorders, and returns
- Experience maintaining inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and stock control practices
- Forklift experience (training provided if required)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract.
Certifications & Assets:
- Red Seal Parts Technician certification or equivalencies (considered an asset)
