We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support and oversee last-mile delivery operations and warehouse management across our branches in Canada, Dubai, and Eastern Europe (Romania).

- CDI is looking for experienced and motivated Logistics Coordinators to join our growing team in Calgary.
- Location: Calgary, AB
- Pay: $36.00/hour
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Shift: Early Morning
- Openings: 2 Positions
- Work Location: On-Site
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan daily logistics operations
- Compile customer orders and shipping instructions
- Track shipments and complete work orders
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and material movement
- Coordinate activities between warehouse and production teams
- Prepare reports and maintain records/logs
- Schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment and vehicles
- Review and assign work to team members
- Organize warehouse and work areas
- Perform general administrative and office duties
- Maintain vehicle operator records
- Requirements:
- ✅ English language proficiency
- ✅ Trade certificate, diploma, or related education preferred
- ✅ 2–3 years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse coordination experience
- ✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
- ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
