Thorpe Industries is looking for a motivated Shop Hand / Summer Student to support our operations team during the busy summer season. This role is ideal for a student or entry-level worker who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build valuable safety and equipment certifications.

Responsibilities:
- Shop and warehouse clean‑up
- Yard clean‑up and organization
- Material handling and basic labour tasks
- Assisting shop and field crews as needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Following all safety procedures and company standards

Training & Certifications Provided:
Thorpe Industries will provide training and certification in:
- SCOT
- Fall Protection
- Ladders
- Zoom Boom
- Forklift Operation

Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse and yard environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- No prior experience necessary
