Responsibilities
- Perform windshield and window repairs, replacements, and installations using specialized tools and techniques.
- Assess vehicle damage to determine the most effective repair or replacement approach.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and glass installation equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Apply auto glass adhesives, sealants, and tinting films to ensure a secure fit and optimal appearance.
- Conduct vehicle inspections post-repair to verify quality, safety, and proper fitment.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed using our software platforms
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as detailing, and minor auto body repairs when needed.
Skills
- Proven experience or background in automotive windshield/glass repair is necessary
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with window tinting, auto body repair, and vehicle detailing is a plus.
- Ability to lift objects safely and perform physical tasks efficiently.
