Painter/Handyperson
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Painter/Handyperson to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves performing painting, repairs, and general maintenance tasks across our stratas and businesses that we service.
The ideal candidate will have extensive painting experience both interior and exterior. It would also be necessary to work with power tools and perform general home & building maintenance tasks.
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects to meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct repairs on building structures, equipment, and systems
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues related to facilities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to building and maintenance activities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications or technical training in electrical work, welding, or facilities management would be a bonus
