Wight Tree Service is a family-owned tree service company located in Georgina, Ontario. We have been proudly serving our customers for over 30 years, and our company continues to grow steadily year after year.
We provide a full range of professional tree services across the Greater Toronto Area, York Region, and surrounding areas, including Georgina, Newmarket, Aurora, Markham, Richmond Hill, North York, and more. Our reputation is built on quality work, safety, honesty, and strong relationships with our customers.
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales / Estimator to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone with strong sales experience in the home services industry who understands how to communicate with customers, manage inbound leads, provide quotes, and follow up professionally. The right person should be confident, organized, personable, and able to represent our company well.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with customers to review tree care needs and provide quotes
- Managing inbound leads and following up with potential customers
- Providing clear, professional recommendations and pricing
- Building trust and strong relationships with customers
- Following up on open quotes and approved work
- Communicating with office staff and crew members as needed
- Maintaining accurate notes and customer information
- Helping identify opportunities for additional work where appropriate
- Representing Wight Tree Service in a professional and positive manner
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the home services industry is required
- Valid G driver’s licence required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage leads and follow up consistently
- Comfortable using technology, software, email, and customer management systems
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Knowledge of tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor services is a strong asset
- Knowledge of how Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube ads generate leads is a strong asset
- Experience generating your own leads is a strong asset
