Fed is a Vancouver-based meal company that prepares and delivers nutritious, gourmet meals to homes and offices throughout the Lower Mainland. We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Production Team Members to join our growing team and play an important role in our daily operations.
Successful candidates may be assigned to food assembly, meal packing, or a combination of both, depending on business needs, experience, availability, and performance.
Shift Availability
To be considered for this position, candidates must have consistent availability for one or more of the following shifts:
- Sunday: 6:00 AM start
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM start
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM start
- Saturday: 11:00 AM start
Work Environment
All shifts take place in a refrigerated production environment (cooler).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble, plate, and pack meals according to detailed production instructions
- Ensure all meals meet quality, accuracy, portioning, and presentation standards
- Identify, record, and report any production, packing, or plating issues to a supervisor
- Follow issues through to resolution with care and accountability
- Maintain positive, respectful, and effective communication with team members
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with other production and operational duties as required
