Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in both residential homes and commercial spaces. This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong communication skills to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any special requests
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety regulations
- Assist with light cooking or hospitality-related tasks as needed for client events or gatherings
- Provide exceptional customer service by building positive relationships with clients and addressing concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to handle laundry duties and light cooking responsibilities if necessary
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
