Registered Psychotherapist — Virtual → In-Person
- Kingston, Ontario | Remote across Ontario (with progressive in-person option)
- Independent Contractor / Flexible Schedule
Are you a passionate, empathetic therapist who believes mental health and high performance aren't separate goals — they're the same goal? Ready to join a practice built around helping people use their past to fuel their future?
Be a Therapist. We'll Handle the Rest.
At our practice, you get to do what you love — focus on your clients. We take care of the rest: operations, admin, marketing, and a collaborative team, so you're never building a caseload or running a business alone. More than that, you're joining a community and a culture that's deliberately built — one where clinicians support each other as intentionally as we support clients, and where every therapist who joins us is helping build something bigger than any one practice: a stronger, more accessible mental health structure for the community we serve.
Here's what we offer:
- Competitive compensation
- Referrals to help you build and grow your caseload
- Regular consultations/[supervision] and team meetings for support and connection
- Ongoing opportunities for professional development and growth
- Full office services and dedicated admin support
- A modern, light-filled space with free parking and direct subway access
Our Vision
We believe therapy isn't just about processing the past — it's about using it. We help people learn from where they've been so they can perform, connect, and live better in the present and moving forward. Our clients span first responders, athletes, high-performing business leaders, parents, and honestly — almost everyone, because almost everyone wants to find an easier, more capable way to move through life. We sit at the intersection of mental health and human performance, and we're looking for clinicians who want to work there too.
What We'll Do Together
- Walk Alongside Clients: Provide virtual (and eventually in-person) psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups — together, we'll help clients move from surviving past stress to performing at their best.
- Build Your Niche, With Support: Work with first responders, athletes, high-performing professionals, parents, and others navigating trauma, attachment challenges, and performance-related stress — we'll help you grow the caseload that fits you.
- Lean on Evidence-Based Care: Conduct assessments, build treatment plans, and deliver care using approaches like CBT, EMDR, somatic therapy, and attachment-informed frameworks, with consultation available whenever you want a second perspective.
- Mentor or Be Mentored: Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to RP(Q)s or junior clinicians if that's a direction you want to grow in — and have that same support available to you.
- Share the Administrative Load: We'll help you maintain accurate, confidential client records in line with CRPO and PHIPA standards, with systems already in place to make it easy.
- Grow the Practice Together: Join team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development — and if you're interested, help shape content, outreach, or social media that reflects our shared mission.
