We are looking for an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for cooking and preparing food, as well as a strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently. The Line Cook/Prep Cook will be responsible for prepping ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food for service.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure that food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding food items.
- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule.
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.35 per hour
Expected hours: 15.00 – 30.00 per week
