Münter Design & Build is hiring a Journeyman Carpenter to join our team in Fernie.
We build high-performance custom homes. Our projects are detailed, technical, and well organized. We work with good clients and expect a high standard on site.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Framing custom homes (foundations to lock-up)
- Exterior detailing and high-performance assemblies
- Interior finishing and custom details
- Reading plans and executing accurately
- Working closely with site supervisors and project managers
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site
- Upholding safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Red Seal or Journeyman Carpenter certification
- 5+ years of carpentry experience
- Strong framing skills (essential)
- Experience with high-performance builds an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
