What You’ll Do
- Travel to scheduled real estate photo appointments (condos/houses)
- Capture a complete set of photos following our shot list and standards
- Be professional with clients/agents on-site and keep appointments running smoothly
- Upload the raw files to our cloud storage immediately after each shoot (or same day)
- Follow our procedures for file naming, organization, and handoff
- When needed, complete reshoots for missed required angles (see reshoot policy below)
Reshoot Policy (Fair + Clear)
- If a reshoot is needed due to missed required angles / avoidable shooter error, it may be unpaid (on your time)
- If a reshoot is needed due to client changes, access issues, staging not ready, weather, or added requests, it will be paid (rate discussed upfront)
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Valid driver’s license + reliable car (you’ll travel between shoots)
- Punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a shot list consistently
- Basic tech skills (uploading files, using cloud storage, managing folders)
- Professional appearance and communication with clients/agents
Nice to Have
- Experience shooting real estate/interiors (even personal/portfolio work)
- Understanding of composition, vertical lines, exposure, and interior lighting
- Bilingual (English/French)

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
