The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology or barbering, You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring their satisfaction through excellent service and professional guidance.
We are not open for people living outside Canada.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional service to clients, including haircuts, beard trims and razor shaves.
- Maintain sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Use straight razor techniques for precise haircuts when necessary.
- Conduct upselling of products and services to enhance client experience and boost sales.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a barber.
- Experience in basic to complicated hairstyles, and how to handle hair with care.
- Proficient in hair styling techniques with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in store management practices to ensure smooth salon operations.
- Ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry to uphold health standards.
