We are a full-service Engineering, Design and Manufacturing facility for all Electrical & Automation Solutions.
INSIDE SALES
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for control systems, instrumentation, and engineering services
- Prepare and track proposals, quotes, and RFQ responses in collaboration with the engineering team
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up and account management
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Doyen's service offerings
- Support business development activities including trade shows, networking, and outbound outreach
- Manage the CRM — keep records, pipeline stages, and client notes current and accurate
PROJECT COORDINATION
- Coordinate project kick-offs, track milestones, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the engineering/technical team
- Manage purchase orders, vendor communications, and equipment procurement timelines
- Prepare project status updates, meeting agendas, and progress reports for clients and leadership
- Track project budgets and flag variances to the project engineer or principal
- Maintain organized project files, correspondence, and document control systems
- Support resource scheduling and assist in coordinating field team deployment
Requirements
- 2+ years in an inside sales, project coordination, or client-facing technical role
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and client-facing
- Experience preparing quotes, proposals, or tender responses
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfort working in a technical environment and learning engineering terminology
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
