Canadian Countertops is one of the Lower Mainland's leading countertop companies, specializing in luxury residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Quote Estimator & Office Administrator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare accurate countertop quotations from customer information, measurements, plans, and specifications
- Follow up on quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Review kitchen layouts, elevations, and construction drawings
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule templating, deliveries, and installations
- Maintain accurate customer records, job files, and project documentation
- Communicate with homeowners, builders, designers, contractors, and suppliers
- Assist with order entry, invoicing, and general office administration
- Support bookkeeping and administrative duties as required
- Help maintain showroom operations and provide excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read , interpret and complete takeoffs from construction drawings.
- Minimum 2 years of estimating, office administration, customer service, or related experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficient with computer-based systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Valid driver's license
