We are seeking an organized, customer-focused, and motivated Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role combines customer service, inside sales, order management, and operational coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the HVAC or building supply industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders and purchase orders
- Follow up with customers regarding product availability, order status, and deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and existing accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory-related coordination when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Support daily branch operations and work closely with management and sales representatives
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Mandarin Chinese is a strong asset
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business software
- Experience in HVAC, construction, building supply industries is preferred
- Previous inside sales, customer service, or operations experience is an asset
