Digital Marketing Specialist
We are currently looking for E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies. One of the most important tasks for this individual will be to Vision, Write Requirements, Work with UX Designers, Coders and Project manage launch of a new E-commerce website for Consult2Bond in 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Maintenance
- Maintained, updated, and optimized the company's e-commerce website to ensure a seamless user experience and reliable performance.
- Diagnosed and resolved front-end and back-end issues related to product pages, shopping cart, checkout, customer accounts, forms, product filters, and database operations.
- Conducted regular website testing, quality assurance (QA), debugging, and performance optimization across desktop and mobile devices.
- Monitored website security, uptime, and performance while proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
Web Development & Technical Implementation
- Developed and implemented new website features and enhancements using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and AJAX.
- Managed integrations with third-party services, including payment gateways, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing tools.
- Ensured all website functionalities, customer workflows, and e-commerce processes operated efficiently through ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
E-Commerce Management
- Created, maintained, and optimized product listings for the company website and Amazon Seller Central.
- Updated product information, specifications, pricing, images, and technical documentation.
- Managed website merchandising, product categories, and digital storefront content to enhance customer experience and improve conversions.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Created SEO-optimized product pages, category pages, landing pages, and website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Managed digital marketing initiatives, including website SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Designed digital marketing assets, promotional banners, Amazon A+ Content, and product infographics to support online marketing efforts.
Technical Support & IT Administration
- Provided day-to-day technical support for employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, website, and network-related issues.
- Installed, configured, and maintained computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Diagnosed and resolved issues related to Microsoft Office applications, email configuration, printers, software installation, and system performance.
- Coordinated with external vendors for hardware servicing, software support, and technical maintenance when required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Worked closely with management, marketing, sales, and development teams to implement website improvements and digital marketing initiatives.
- Supported ongoing business operations by resolving technical challenges and ensuring the efficient operation of e-commerce and IT systems.
- Maintained technical documentation and performed routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics
· Determine appropriate goals and key performance indicators for Industry Specific campaigns. Ensuring all website analytics are up to date and presented on a weekly basis. Google analytics experience preferred, Content Square and Excel reporting.
Basic Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, PHP, and MySQL for website development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in e-commerce website management, performance optimization, and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Amazon Seller Central, and digital marketing strategies.
- Skilled in graphic design and creating digital marketing assets, including website banners, social media creatives, product images, Amazon A+ Content, infographics, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experienced in website QA testing, debugging, content management, product listing optimization, email marketing, and social media management.
- Experienced in hardware and software troubleshooting, computer and printer configuration, network connectivity, Microsoft Office applications, and general IT administration.
- Detail-oriented team player with strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
