Description: We are a construction company seeking a skilled laborer with experience operating a pneumatic rock drill. In this role, you will be drilling holes for a retaining wall while working in close proximity to excavators on site.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a pneumatic rock drill for drilling holes in rock and soil.
- Work around excavators, ensuring safety and coordination on-site.
- Assist with other labor tasks as needed, including site preparation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a pneumatic rock drill (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Experience working around excavators and other heavy machinery.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work outdoors.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to job sites.
