Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking for a flexible, results-oriented position. As a Commission-Only Freelance Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring new commercial cleaning contracts. The role is commission-based, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your performance, the more clients you bring in, the higher your income.
This is a no-obligation role, giving you the freedom to manage your own schedule and workload. We will meet periodically, as needed, for updates, strategy alignment, and performance review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue potential leads to secure commercial cleaning contracts (e.g., offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and other commercial facilities).
- Lead Generation: Research businesses in lower mainland, BC and develop strategies to connect with decision-makers.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight our services, differentiators, and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope of work to close deals successfully.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless on-boarding of new clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on leads, prospects, and conversion progress.

Requirements:
- Location: Based in the lower mainland, BC, with availability for occasional in-person meetings (once a month or as needed).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Experience in B2B sales, commercial cleaning, or facility services is a strong asset.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client relationships.
