Job Overview: Norco Modular is looking for a skilled and dedicated T-bar Installer at our Aldergrove factory. The ideal candidates will be experienced in installing suspended (T-bar) ceiling systems in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, take pride in precision workmanship, can read construction drawings and work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install suspended (T-bar) ceiling grid systems according to drawings and specifications.
- Measure, lay out, and level ceiling grids accurately.
- Cut and install ceiling tiles for a clean, finished appearance.
- Install seismic bracing, hanger wire, and perimeter trim where required.
- Coordinate with electricians, HVAC installers and other trades to ensure proper ceiling integration.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Experience/Requirements:
- Experience installing commercial T-bar ceiling systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
- Skilled in using measuring tools, lasers, levels, and hand/power tools.
- Strong mathematical and layout skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, working overhead, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.

Norco’s work schedules:
- Day shift: 6am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Afternoon shift: 2:30pm – 1am, Monday to Thursday

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
