What you'll do
- Guide buyers and sellers through their real estate journey, from first conversation to closing
- Prospect, list, market, and negotiate on behalf of your clients
- Build client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Grow your personal brand and sphere of influence in your market
- Deliver honest advice and a high standard of service every time
What we're looking for
- An active Ontario real estate license, or current enrolment in the Humber real estate program (new licensees welcome)
- A self motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn our tools
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
Nice to have
- Prior real estate sales experience
- An established local presence in the Ottawa region
- Bilingual (English and French)
