Job Overview
Reporting to the Director, Development, as the Development Coordinator you will support the engineering and construction aspects of assigned land developments. You also ensure projects are developed efficiently, within budgets, and in compliance with approved plans, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with consultants and contractors for schedule, execution, and budget planning.

Assisting in the implementation of maintenance work orders and contracts.

Assisting in regular on-site inspections and generate reports of construction activity accordingly.

Promoting a safe work environment and ensuring adherence to Qualico’s Safety Program as well as relevant Health & Safety regulations.

Completing due diligence on applications for Construction Completion Certificates (CCCs) and Final Acceptance Certificates (FACs).

Essential Requirements

High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of land development-related experience.

Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable vehicle.

Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).

Working Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites is required on a frequent basis. Overtime may be occasionally required.
