Responsibilities
- Carefully package products according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assemble components or prepare items for packaging.
- Heavy lifting involved up to 50 lbs.
- Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during all tasks.
- Assist with inventory management by labeling, sorting, and documenting packaged items accurately.
Experience
- Prior experience in Packaging, or warehouse environments is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- Strong understanding of packaging processes and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse experience demonstrating familiarity with inventory procedures is advantageous.
