We are seeking Owner Operators with their own vans to join our parcel delivery team in the North Okanagan and Shuswap area. This is a great opportunity for motivated drivers who want steady work and competitive earnings. This is a Contract Position.
Position Details
– Work Schedule: 7 days a week
– Service Area: Vernon, Armstrong, Coldstream, Lumby, Sicamous, Salmon Arm, Chase, Enderby, Revelstoke, North/East Shuswap, Malakwa, Tappen, Grindrod, Falkland
– Compensation: $150 – $250 per day based on parcel volume
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must have:
– A reliable van suitable for parcel delivery
– Valid driver’s license (appropriate class for your vehicle)
– Commercial insurance coverage
– WorkSafeBC registration/certificate
– Clean driver’s abstract
– Criminal record check
Responsibilities
– Pick up and deliver parcels efficiently and safely
– Provide excellent customer service at each stop
– Maintain accurate delivery records
– Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
