Position Overview
As an Assistant Manager or Evening Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and leading all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations. Your primary focus is to empower your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive strong business results.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Promote a respectful and positive team environment
- Ensure smooth daily operations and strong execution
- Deliver outstanding guest service every shift
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
What We’re Looking For

- Have 1+ year of management experience (QSR experience preferred)
- Are passionate about guest service and team development
- Take pride in building relationships with guests and team members
- Have strong operational and multitasking skills
- Are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and delegating responsibilities
- Are ready to take on leadership responsibility within a Tim Hortons restaurant
- Can engage and motivate a diverse team
- Are available full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call shifts
- Have access to a vehicle (considered an asset)

Pay: $19.00-$20.75 per hour
