Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk & Customer Experience Associate to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into various databases and ERP systems using computer skills and typing proficiency
- Maintain organized records through filing, data collection, and data entry tasks
- Assist with administrative duties such as document filing, data verification, and record keeping
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information in a professional manner
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office tools to compile reports, analyze data, and manage spreadsheets
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and streamline administrative workflows
- Perform routine clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized files
Qualifications
- Prior office experience or clerical experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for all necessary skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and general computer skills
- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is desirable
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
