The Marketing Price Support Representative (MPSR) is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to start their career in business, operations, or supply chain support.
In this role, you will help coordinate pricing and contract requests between our sales teams and suppliers. You don’t need prior industry experience — we provide full training and support. You’ll learn how pricing is managed, how suppliers are coordinated, and how different teams work together to support customer needs.
This is a great role for someone who is organized, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively qualify pricing requests to ensure they meet the standards required by our Product Marketing teams and suppliers
- Prepare and submit pricing and contract requests to suppliers using the appropriate supplier system tools.
- Efficiently process with our suppliers the requests to renew and rerun contracts or approve quantity adjustments.
- Maintain an organized and efficient follow-up protocol with suppliers to secure timely pricing responses.
- Proactively monitor the work queues to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained across the various business groups.
Qualifications
- University Education (Bachelor of Commerce, or Administration preferred) And/or Previous experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and ability to navigate internet-based systems
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills as the position requires interaction with sales divisions, suppliers, corporate teams and different levels of management.
- Solid Organizational skills attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively with an excellent sense of urgency
- A desire to delight customers - you anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations
