We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team.

Experience in a Sous Chef or strong Senior Line Cook role

Passion for from-scratch Italian cooking

Support the Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations

Lead service and ensure consistency and presentation standards

Train and mentor cooks through hands-on leadership

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards

Collaborate with the dining room team for smooth service
