Club Pilates Chilliwack is looking for a motivated, energetic, and experienced Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Position Details
- Welcome members and prospective clients with exceptional customer service.
- Conduct studio tours and confidently present Club Pilates memberships.
- Convert leads into Intro classes and memberships through consultative sales.
- Follow up with leads, prospective members, and current members. Build relationships that contribute to member retention.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Assist with studio cleanliness and presentation.
- Support studio events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Provide an outstanding experience from the first interaction through ongoing membership.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the sale
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and helping others
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
