The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will work closely with business units to support forecasting, analyze performance trends, and provide reporting that helps guide business decisions. This role is well suited for someone with strong Excel skills, sound financial judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders.
This opportunity offers a strong compensation package of $110,000-$120,000 salary, an excellent bonus structure, RRSP matching, 3 weeks of vacation, and room for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to analyze financial results, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Analyze financial data using Excel and other data analysis tools to deliver accurate insights.
- Support management reporting by preparing clear, actionable financial summaries and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements within financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
