The Lethbridge Child, Youth and Family Mental Health and Addiction Clinic is looking to recruit a part-time 6-month temporary Administrative Support III position. This is a direct client facing position that is primarily responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment to the children, youth and families that access services in our community clinic. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability and motivation to learn. The successful candidate will also demonstrate an organized and professional approach to the community and will be responsible for answering phones, checking in clients and families, booking appointments, collecting demographic information, filing and other administrative duties associated with community addiction and mental health as directed by the manager or supervisor. In order to best support the families that access services from our community clinic some evening hours are required. Consequential vacancy will apply to this posting and position. Hours of position are Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri 1230-430 pm and Tuesdays 330-730 pm.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
As required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Minimum 4 year's experience providing reception and office administration. Typing speed of 40 wpm minimum. Flexibility to offer extra hours or shift hours to support clinic needs is an asset. Connect Care training preferred. Knowledge and experience with Addiction and Mental Health Services is an asset.
