This is a rare opening created by a long-term hygienist retiring, which means the incoming RDH will be stepping into a full, loyal patient base from day one. No building a schedule from scratch. No pressure to “sell.” Just meaningful hygiene care with patients who are already established and a clinic that genuinely values the hygiene department.
