Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and patient satisfaction. Duties
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and implants.
- Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Utilize Tracker Practice Management Software for patient record management and treatment documentation.
- Provide pediatric dental care when necessary, ensuring a gentle approach suitable for children.
- Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and uphold infection control standards.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training.
Skills
- Proficiency with Tracker dental software.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice.
- Prior dental office experience demonstrating familiarity with clinical workflows and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.
