Hydro Vac Operator
Working with all company crews this person will be responsible for operating the Hydro Vac while in transit and on site. Crew and truck will return to the yard each day and all sites to be within 100km of the yard. This individual will help drive the team for success. Experience and D/Z driver license required.
Operator must be able to provide proof of 3 years + experience, drivers abstract and commercial abstract.
Responsibilities include:
· Transporting the Hydro Vac and equipment to and from site
· Operating the Hydro Vac on site
· Maintaining the Hydro Vac and equipment during operation
· Communicate the tasks at hand to company crews
· Setting up a safe work site
· Able to read and interpret underground Telco designs
· An understanding of under ground utilities
· Able to read and interpret utility locates
Requirements:
· Driver abstract - A/Z driver license
· Criminal background check
· Construction experience in the telecommunication field
· Able to work flexible hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
