Responsibilities
- Assist with billing processes, including preparing and sending invoices accurately and timely
- Support daily office operations such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle client inquiries related to billing and account information with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client information within financial software systems
- Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer service excellence
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements within administrative and financial procedures
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Interest or experience in investment and financial services is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software tools and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred

Pay: $47,637.86-$55,737.67 per year
