Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods and equipment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively during treatment procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up actions.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and answer any questions related to pest control services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during all operations.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of pest control equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus, as the role involves client interaction and service promotion.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery used in pest control applications.
- Ability to operate various power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in identifying pest issues.
- Good communication skills for explaining treatment plans and safety precautions to clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in diverse environments.
- Physical stamina to perform inspections and treatments that may require standing for extended periods or working in confined spaces.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling and environmental protection is preferred.

Pay: $36,799.34-$67,918.54 per year
