Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Social Worker or Psychotherapist with an MSW level to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role offers an opportunity to provide vital mental health and psychosocial support to diverse client populations, including but not limited to children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, experience working with pediatric populations, and a commitment to patient-centered care. The position involves collaborative case management, data collection, and applying medical terminology within a healthcare setting. This is a paid position, including internship opportunities for qualified candidates eager to develop their expertise in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients across various age groups, experience with children and youth an asset but not required.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with client needs and clinical best practices.
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate closely with external service providers if available.
- Collect and document clinical data accurately for research purposes, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance requirements.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively within clinical documentation and communication with healthcare professionals.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities related to client needs.
Experience
- Proven experience working with diverse populations including but not limited too children and adolescents, addictions, couples and families as well as individuals with complex needs.
- Fully Registered or Provisional Psychologist, Psychotherapist or Social Worker in good standing with your College
- Dedicated to ethical, evidence-based practice and high-quality client care
- Excited to collaborate within a supportive and forward-thinking team environment
- Open to contributing to group programs, workshops, and clinic growth initiatives
- With training and experience in: Couples therapy (EFT/Gottman), Play therapy, Men’s wellness, Anxiety & OCD, Somatic therapy, Eating disorders & body image, ADHD-affirming therapy, Sex therapy, Chronic pain & Illness
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour
