Counter Sales Representative
The Company:
We are a landscape supply and sod production farm looking for a Counter Sales Associate for our Sales Center at 285177 Frontier Road. This will be a seasonal position from approximately early April to November, however, we are looking for an individual who is committed to returning to work for us in future seasons.
The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Counter Sales Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in and phone-in customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry of sales orders, invoices, and customer information into the point-of-sale system
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Answer phones and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff or department
- Respond to general customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter and showroom area
- Support team members in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry
- Landscape knowledge is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Store Hours
Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday - Closed .
Sunday and all public holidays - Closed.
