GDK Drywall Ltd. is seeking a reliable and organized Site Supervisor to assist with the coordination and oversight of construction projects in Brooks and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for someone with construction experience who is looking for flexible work with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Attend project sites regularly and monitor progress.
- Attend bi-weekly trade meetings and provide updates.
- Coordinate schedules and communication between subcontractors.
- Assist with organizing supplier deliveries and site logistics.
- Communicate with project managers regarding site progress, issues, and scheduling.
- Ensure trades are following project schedules and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Document site progress with photos and reports when required.
Trades Being Managed:
- Steel Stud Framing
- Drywall
- Taping
- Texture
- Insulation
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle or other dependable transportation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and professionally with trades, suppliers, and clients.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices is an asset.
- Previous experience in construction, site supervision, project coordination, or a related field is considered an asset.
