We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses on biological samples. - Prepare, process, and analyze specimens while adhering to established protocols and safety procedures. - Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly. - Document results accurately and maintain detailed records in accordance with regulatory standards. - Collaborate with researchers and other laboratory staff to support ongoing projects. - Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and protocols. - Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety regulations.
Qualifications: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent. - Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., CMLTO). - Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques. Experience with allergy testing and immunology is an asset. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
